Set up in 1992, DAV Public School, Hazaribag, with a student strength of more than 5438, spread over three wings, stands in the vanguard of quality and value added education in the region. Its aesthetically and ergonomically designed building complex, sprawling campus, state-of the-art labs, a well-stocked, fully computerised library complete with e-library comprising CD-ROM’s and video lectures -above all,a highly qualified, competent and committed faculty together with a host of other outstanding features, make it a dream destination for the seekers of educational excellence. The school is co-educational and affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi, upto class XII. Although the medium of instruction is English, Hindi and Sanskrit are also given equal importance. Computer education is compulsory from class IV onwards to ensure that our students fit the requirements of the fast-changing world.
