A career and counselling programme
was organized on 15.11.2013 at the Sr. wing of DAV Hazaribag for the students.
Shri N.P. Yadav Principal DAV Kedla welcomed the resource person and said that
this kind of programme always helps the students to opt their career. The
students remain ignorant of the career options before them. Simultaneously,
without the information in detail they
can’t decide what is right or wrong for them. If they are aware of the same,
they may channelize their energy in the right direction from the beginning.
The resource person for the day Shri
Sanjeev Nayak , Director Silicon Institute of Technology Bhubneshwar made the
children aware of various career options these days. He focused on the depth of
knowledge in the subject of interest. Secondly ,the students must be an IT
savvy and good conversant in English. He suggested them to honor their passion
while deciding the career. They must not ignore their interest, only then they
can get the job satisfaction which is a must for any person’s successful and
prosperous life. One can go to the level of competence only if he/she opts the
career according to his/her interest.

CCL, Giridih proposed the vote of thanks and expressed his sincere gratitude to
the Guest Speaker for making the students enlightened in a very interactive
session.
The active and willing participation
of the children was observed. Besides the students, the teachers like Mr.
Karuna Sindhu , Mr. Bharat Kumar and many other teachers from Eucalypta branch
were present. The whole programme was
co-ordinated by Mr. Ashwini Kumar.
